In December 2009′s edition of Glamour, there are some tips for energy boosters.

1)Wear something bright.
2)Turn on a lamp
3)Pat yourself on the back
4)Take a five minute walk
5)Have Sex

They also mention staying hydrated keeps your body from getting tired, and have a few other tips on what can offer a more filling snack with out the calories.  Even on page 161 they have what they call “The Couch Workout” that is a routine supplied by Bally Total Fitness trainer Seven Boggs that you can do 3-5 times a week….My week just got a little brighter!
I’d highly suggest Glamour for tips on being healthy.

(End of day Edit – I did the Couch Workout this evening.  It kicked my butt!  I focused on my breathing, pulled my stomach in, and held the squats and crunches for 2 seconds to really amplify the workout.  2 thumbs up!)
